Terms of use

Who can use Pixady. You must be 18 or over to sign in, book a slot or appear on camera. Watching without an account is open to anyone.

What you broadcast is yours. You are responsible for everything you say and show on stage, including anyone you bring on as a co-host or speaker. You keep the rights to it, and you give us the right to stream it live to viewers and to monitor and review it for moderation.

Rules and moderation. The host rules are part of these terms. A moderator can end a stream, decline or remove a booking, remove a co-host or speaker, or suspend an account at any time, without notice, where they judge the rules have been broken.

Slots. A booking is a request until it is confirmed. A confirmed slot can still be cancelled by us if the stage is unavailable, and a no-show frees the slot for someone else.

Tips. A tip is a voluntary gift from a viewer to a host, in pounds, paid through Stripe. It buys nothing and gives you no right to anything from the host or from us. Tips are not refundable, except where the law requires it or we choose to refund one (for example after fraud or a mistake). You may only tip with a payment method you are entitled to use, and we set limits on tipping which we may change.

Taking tips. To take tips a host must pass Stripe’s checks and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You keep each tip less our fee and the card processing cost, both shown in your Hosting area. Tips are held for 14 days and then paid to your bank. A tip that is refunded or disputed by the cardholder is taken back from your balance. We may hold or withhold payouts, or stop you taking tips, where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. You are responsible for any tax due on what you receive.

No guarantees. Pixady is provided as is. Streams can drop, slots can move, and we may change or stop the service. We are not liable for lost content, missed sessions or anything broadcast by a host.

Changes. We may update these terms and the rules; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
